Shipping and delivery
As soon as your order has been placed, we will immediately start packing your order.
NL: Ordered on working days before 3:00 PM is delivered the next day
BE: within 2-3 working days
Pre-orders: 7-15 days
We do not charge shipping costs for your order.
If delivery fails on the first attempt. Then we will try again the next day. If you are not at home, we will try to deliver the package to your neighbours. If that doesn't work either, don't worry: you can pick up your package at the nearest post office. PostNL or DHL will of course inform you about the location of the post office.

From the moment the order is delivered, you have a trial period of 30 days. On the return form you can indicate that the purchase amount must be credited. You will receive a confirmation as soon as we have received the return package and the administration has processed your order. Your purchase amount will then be refunded to the account you paid with within 7-14 days. You can download our return form here.
If you have a complaint or have received an item with damage, please contact us at email@example.com. You will then receive all the information to find a suitable solution as quickly as possible free of charge.
