Return and exchange
Bella Fit hopes you are happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return your order.
After receiving your order you have 30 days to return it. The products must be unworn, in the condition in which you received them and returned in the original packaging (including the label).
The costs of returning are for your own account. So make sure you stamp the package sufficiently and send it to the address below:

The products are your responsibility until they are returned to us, so please make sure they are well packaged and cannot be damaged in transit. We can charge costs in case of damage. We cannot send an acknowledgment of receipt of your return. Therefore, always keep the receipt of the return shipment, so that you can always check when we have received your return.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size.
It can happen to anyone that you have checked the wrong size during your order. No problem with us if you let us know within 24 hours of your order. Please state your order number and name.
I would like to exchange the item for a different size.
For returns and exchanges, you can download our return form at the bottom of the website. On this you can indicate which size you would like to receive. This form also clearly states how the package should be returned. The costs of returning are for your own account, we will send the replacement item free of charge.
I have received the wrong item.
We do everything we can to guarantee the best quality, but unfortunately it can happen that an item is damaged or delivered incorrectly. Then please contact us. You will then receive all the information free of charge to arrive at a suitable solution as quickly as possible.
